Your story does not have to be perfect

We welcome honest accounts of progress, mistakes, repair, and lessons still being learned. Tell us what happened, how one or more of the three principles applied, and what changed—or what remains difficult.

You choose how you are credited

You may use your full name, first name, a chosen name, or remain anonymous to readers. We will use your email for follow-up about this submission; submitting a story does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Please leave out private contact details, medical or financial information, and identifying details about other people unless you have their permission. Change names where needed. Please do not submit identifying information about children.

What happens next

We review submissions for relevance, accuracy, kindness, and respect for others. We may suggest edits for length and clarity without changing your meaning. We will send you a proposed version and credit for approval before publishing it. Submission does not guarantee publication.
